General Manager
My name is J.C. Harden, and I am proud to be from Colquitt County, Georgia, where I graduated from Colquitt County High School in 2020.
Driven by a passion for business and entrepreneurship, I pursued my college education at Valdosta State University. In 2023, I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship.
During my time at Valdosta State, I had the privilege of meeting my fiancée, Josie Bullington, who has since become the greatest joy of my life. Together, we share a love for the outdoors, where I find peace and fulfillment through activities like hunting and exploring God's creation.
Josie and I are also proud pet parents to three wonderful dogs: two English Cockers, Doc and Bo, and a Springer Spaniel named Shug.
I am deeply passionate about both the outdoors and connecting with people, values that continue to shape my personal and professional journey. I look forward to the future with excitement and gratitude as I continue to build meaningful relationships and pursue my career aspirations here at Big Creek Plantation.

Human Recourses Director
Katelyn is the Director of Human Resources and Administrative support at Big Creek. She is a mother of two beautiful children, and together they are enjoying life in the great state of Colorado. She joins the Big Creek team with several years experience directing operations for a national nonprofit. In her free time you can find Katelyn adventuring with her children, lifting weights, snowboarding, or photographing a new location somewhere in the world!

Events Coordinator
My name is Taylor Knapp, I am the events coordinator here at Big Creek Plantation.
I truly love my job and the challenges and fun that come along with the variety of clients I have the opportunity to work with here.
I value my BCP team more than anything and admire the opportunities for growth. I look forward to many more years in my career at Big Creek.
When I am not working, I enjoy family time, hunting, dirt-biking and spending time outdoors with my husband Dylan and our dog Dutch.

Head of Operations
Aldo Prelaz is skilled in managing estates, projects, finances, and business operations. He effectively manages valuable assets and complex projects by optimizing resources. In estate management, he enhances properties through careful upkeep and creative solutions. Aldo's project management capabilities are evident in his ability to guide projects from beginning to end, focusing on planning, risk management, and collaboration to meet deadlines and budgets while ensuring quality. In finance, he specializes in budgeting, financial analysis, and controlling costs to improve profitability. His administrative skills involve streamlining processes and fostering teamwork to boost efficiency. Committed to excellence, Aldo consistently provides value in his work.

Senior Grounds Keeper
I am 75 years old and I’ve been here fore nine years, dedicating my life to make sure BCP looks beautiful.
I enjoy hunting and fishing and have a huge heart for animals.

Animal Caretaker
Donya is the overseer of all things animal here at Big Creek. Her gentle demeanor and equestrian expertise and has made her the perfect purveyor over the Big Creek Stable.
She has been with Big Creek for several years and we love her presence.

Horticulture Supervisor
My name is Towns Ethredge and I am from Ailey, Georgia.
I am 22 years old and graduated with a horticulture business management degree from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.
I enjoy flower farming, gardening, saving seeds, reading, and the beach. My favorite things are The Bible, fresh flowers, and blackened mahi-mahi. I am the Horticulture Supervisor here at Big Creek Plantation.
